These Terms apply to your use of the Pearlgrovelodge website and any reservation or experience booked through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic ID on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, breaches our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is regulated by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Pearlgrovelodge or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
